We purchased 2 RX80 bikes for my wife and I. We are new to moutain e-biking as our first time was on holiday in New Zealand. Needless to say we are hooked. The process from buying to prompt delivery was seamless. We were emailed the day of delivery and assembly for 2 complete bikes was less than 2 hours.. We love the attention to detail and the craftsmanship of the build. The bikes performed as promised.
So my husband is really enjoying his bike. We just went camping (we transported in our Stryker inflatable boat) and he did road riding and off road riding. The bike did not disappoint! I however cannot ride mine as it's too heavy and too tall and I promptly tipped it over onto myself. I am 5'6 which its rayed for but it's just too tall. I will be selling and looking for another more suited for me. We loved the extras, saddlebags, phone holder, lock. Also they were very easy to assemble.
Bikes arrived on different days but arrived in great condition packaged well. The bikes were everything we hoped for and more for the money we spent. We have over 20 miles in just two evening rides. They are very adjustable and comfortable making them ideal for different sized riders. The accessories are slightly lower quality than the bike, but offer amazing convenience while in the saddle. We would recommend these e bikes to others and in fact we have done just that!

I purchased the combo deal a few weeks ago. Customer support was very good throughout the process. I live close to the warehouse so I picked up my bikes quickly. They were easy to assemble and my wife and I both love the quality and ride.
