🛑 CRITICAL COMPATIBILITY WARNINGS (PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING):
To ensure your safety and avoid incompatibility issues, you MUST select the exact same capacity (Ah) as your bike's original factory battery. Upgrading to a different capacity may result in physical fitment issues or controller incompatibility.
For RX80 Owners: Please purchase a battery with the exact same capacity as your original battery.
For R5 Pro Owners: The older 17.5Ah battery version of the R5 Pro frame CANNOT accommodate the new 20Ah battery. They are completely incompatible due to size differences.

Shipping on batteries & accessories
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more to the lower 48 states and Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $10.
Ships from our US warehouse
These items leave our US warehouse within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3–5 business days, typically via FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Ships from our overseas parts warehouse
All other batteries and accessories ship directly from our overseas parts warehouse. The carrier varies by destination, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Accessories included with your e-bike
Fenders, rear rack, phone mount, pannier bag, air pump, rearview mirrors, lock and the front Storage Cargo Basket (U8) are packed and shipped together with your bike when they come as part of a bundle. You don't need to order them separately.
Where we ship
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and APO & FPO adresses. Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout.
Canada
The Pannier Bag and Rear Storage Cargo Basket ship from our US warehouse. All other batteries and accessories ship from the overseas parts warehouse on the timelines above.
Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery, and email support@burchdabikes.com for approval before sending anything back. Defective, damaged or missing items are replaced free, and a wrong item can be exchanged free or fully refunded. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a fee of $20 to $70 per item depending on size (batteries $50). See our Return Policy for details.
