Before initiating a return, please review our return policy and contact our customer support at support@burchdabikes.com. Please note that we will not accept any returns that have not been pre-approved by our customer service team. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be advised that Burchda is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

| Quality Issues Refund |

| Non-quality Issues Refund |
Only refund within 30 days: unworn, Unopened package, unused, or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear and tear, dirt, dust, fragrance, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it, and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).. |
When can I receive my refund*
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
