Before filing a warranty claim, we recommend that you contact us at support@burchdabikes.com, as we may be able to assist in resolving your issue.
All claims must be filed through the Burchda official website and submitted to support@burchdabikes.com. We require proof of purchase (order number, email, and name) and photos or videos of the damaged product to be included with any warranty claim. We will review the claim within 3 business days of receiving the email, and if it meets the claim criteria, We will immediately respond to you, including replacing the entire vehicle, issuing replacement parts, or providing compensation.
Frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years. Includes deformation, breakage, natural welding open.
Unacceptable warranty situation:
Batteries are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 years. Includes inability to charge, detachment of charging port, and battery leakage.
Motors are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 years. Includes short circuit, open circuit, abnormal noise, missing phase or burned coil, demagnetization or detachment of magnet steel, axle deformation, axle fracture, short driving distance or weakness, damage or deformation or breakage of the outer ring due to material.
The warranty period for all minor components is two years.
