What is the difference between R5 Pro and RX80?
1. Frame: Only the R5 is foldable, making it convenient for storage in tight spaces.
2. Handlebar: The R5 allows you to adjust the height of the handlebar.
3. Torque: The RX80 has a torque ranging from 85-90 Nm, while the R5 has a torque ranging from 80-85 Nm.
4. Battery Installation and Shape: The R5's battery is located inside the frame, whereas the RX80's battery is at the front of the frame, making it easier to disassemble. Additionally, the shapes of the batteries are different between the two models.
5. Colors: The R5 is available in green and gray, while the RX80 is available in gray.
Can I charge the battery while it is inside the bike?
Yes, you can charge the battery via the charging port when it's inside the frame of the bike, it's very convenient.
Do the rear rack and fenders come with the bike?
Yes, the rear rack and fenders are gifts for the customer and will be shipped with the bike. (Excludes some bike models during promotion season)
Which countries can you ship the e-bikes to?
Our electric bicycles can be shipped to the United States (except Hawaii and Alaska) and most Western European countries, such as Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Switzerland, Sweden, France, Latvia, Romania, Italy, Spain, Finland, the United Kingdom, etc. (Currently unable to ship to the UK). You can place an order directly for free shipping to these places mentioned above. For other locations, please inquire with customer service about the shipping fee. Feel free to contact us before placing an order to confirm whether shipping is available.
