Payment

Every order is paid through our checkout, which is powered by Shopify. Your card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.

Credit and debit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with a one-time code or an approval in your banking app.

PayPal

Select PayPal at checkout and you will be taken to PayPal to log in and confirm. You can pay with your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card, without sharing those details with us. Once the payment is confirmed, you are returned to our store and your order is placed.

Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout when your device and browser support them and you have a card saved. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, your passcode or your Google account, and the order is placed in a couple of taps. If you do not see them, you can still pay by card or with PayPal.

Pay over time

Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay let you split your purchase into smaller payments. Choose one at checkout. Approval, payment schedules and any interest or fees are set by that provider, not by us, and availability can depend on your country and order total. Currency

Prices can be displayed in US or Canadian dollars, and your order is charged in the currency shown at checkout. If that differs from your card's currency, your bank may add a conversion fee.

Bulk and special orders

Buying several bikes, or after a model or quantity our checkout cannot handle? Email support@burchdabikes.com and we will arrange the order, payment and shipping with you directly.

Shop safely

burchdabikes.com is our official store. If our team sends you a payment link, it always opens checkout on burchdabikes.com, so check the address bar before you pay. We never ask for payment by Zelle, gift card or cryptocurrency.

Our only support contacts are support@burchdabikes.com and (888) 400-0374. If a payment request does not look like it came from us, email us before paying and we will confirm whether it is ours.

If your payment does not go through

Check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address, and make sure your bank has not blocked the transaction. Some banks decline online or international payments by default. If it still fails, try another card or payment method, or email support@burchdabikes.com. We reply within 1 business day.
