🛑 CRITICAL BUYING GUIDE: CHOOSING YOUR "MOTOR" OPTION Because Burchda offers both Single-Drive (rear motor only) and AWD (dual motor) e-bikes, you MUST read this carefully before selecting the "Without motor" or "With motor" option.
1. For Single-Drive E-Bike Owners:
Select "Without motor". You will receive a standard, free-spinning front wheel ready to mount.
2. For AWD (Dual-Motor) E-Bike Owners:
If your front motor is broken/burnt out: Select "With motor". You will receive a complete front wheel with a brand-new hub motor pre-installed. Plug and play.
If your rim/spokes are damaged but your original front motor still works: Select "Without motor".
⚠️ IMPORTANT: This means you will receive the bare rim and spokes structure only. You MUST transplant and lace your original working front motor into this new wheel.
DO NOT attempt to install a standard, non-motorized front wheel onto an AWD e-bike. The AWD dual-controller system requires the front motor to be plugged in. Running the bike without the front motor connected will result in a system mismatch, throwing error codes and causing the bike to fail to operate.
How to Order:
Bike Model: Select your exact e-bike frame from the dropdown menu (e.g., C35, RX80, R5 Pro, U8, etc.) to ensure the correct rim width and drop-out spacing. If you do not see your model listed, select "Other Burchda models" and leave an order note.
Motor Option: Select "With motor" or "Without motor" based on the critical guide above.

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more to the lower 48 states and Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $10.
Ships from our US warehouse
These items leave our US warehouse within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3–5 business days, typically via FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Ships from our overseas parts warehouse
All other batteries and accessories ship directly from our overseas parts warehouse. The carrier varies by destination, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Accessories included with your e-bike
Fenders, rear rack, phone mount, pannier bag, air pump, rearview mirrors, lock and the front Storage Cargo Basket (U8) are packed and shipped together with your bike when they come as part of a bundle. You don't need to order them separately.
Where we ship
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and APO & FPO adresses. Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout.
Canada
The Pannier Bag and Rear Storage Cargo Basket ship from our US warehouse. All other batteries and accessories ship from the overseas parts warehouse on the timelines above.
Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery, and email support@burchdabikes.com for approval before sending anything back. Defective, damaged or missing items are replaced free, and a wrong item can be exchanged free or fully refunded. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a fee of $20 to $70 per item depending on size (batteries $50). See our Return Policy for details.
