Received my bike last week & put it together & it only took about an hour,I took my bike with me to Central Park & as soon as I pulled it outta my vehicle, heads were turning to look at it & to see what it was .Im 6’5 280 lbs & let me just say, it was The most comfortable ride on a bike ever thru Central Park. I highly recommend The Burchda R5 pro!! It’s a lil heavy , but it’s the perfect bike for a big guy like myself. Thank you so much for all the free gifts that you sent along with my bike, you guys are awesome!!!
Hello, the bike is great, transport and packed everything perfectly, it's fantastic, there is nothing like this in my city anymore, it's unique, the gift products are ok, what I didn't receive and I should have received were the mirrors, and what else should be done and which is the most important it's that you can't lock it with the Key so it won't be stolen, or with a fingerprint would be great, because you still have to tie it with a stall lanyard for the rest of the 10.
I expected a goo ev bike but I was really surprised. The quality is impeccable , easy to assemble, and the ride is amazing. Next one for my wife but a smaller model. Did I mention this bike is a beast and very comfortable. Perfect for a 73 year old man.
