We bought these for Christmas. First e-bikes. They were packaged really well. Very well built. Very fun to ride!!
These are our first e-bikes and we love the idea of biking together. We ordered these because they seemed big enough to be comfortable and the big tires should provide a soft ride. They are heavy bikes so be aware of that and even folded they take up a lot of room in a car (2 is difficult to fit in a midsize suv). They are smooth and powerful with plenty of get up to go anywhere.
Very pleased with my purchase, I've already put 76 mi with only three trips out in the mountains trail riding. I'm impressed with the grades that it will handle. These are fun bikes and it's amazing how far you can go on a battery charge. For the price you can't go wrong with these. I'm having a ball!
This bike is a tank came it comes well packaged easy to assemble. Great costumer support also the welds on the bike look very nice and so far I haven’t found anything on this bike that looks cheap

This is the perfect full suspension all terrain, powerful, folding E bike. I love the rear suspension which creates a smooth ride. I can ride much longer with no sore bottom. I love that it folds and I can store it and also transport it in the back of my SUV safely. This is the “pick up truck” of E bikes! ❤️
After my order , I have received really quickly my 2 R5 Pro. After not a lot of time , my first E-Bike is ready, I am really impress on the size , and how strong it is built.
Now it is time to test it , everything is well built , I found even an USB port for my Smartphone.

received everything in a timely manner through FEDEX. Everything was packed well and Setup was easy. SO far everything is working and getting use to the bikes. The only recommendations I would have for the company is to make the tail light a brake light as in similar models and possible go with a different headlight like a 3 led lighter other than that awesome bikes.
these bikes are the best thing I have purchased in a long while, after open heart surgery I tend to get winded easily, riding this bike is great, if you get winded you just stop peddling and let the motor do the work, the quality of these bikes is amazing and user friendly, the battery lasts a long time and the bike is very comfortable, if you never rode an electric bike before you should try this, I am 100% satisfied.
I bought two of the R5s. One for me and one for my wife. They are solid, well built bikes, a little heavy but comfortable and easy to ride. We've only ridden them on the street so far but we plan to do some trail riding.
