I really enjoy riding this bike. I am 6' 3" and 250. it goes 28 mph but when the battery gets low it goes about 25 mph.
The customer service is very good and responsive. One of my rotors was warped and the sent me a new one promptly.
The bike tackles hills pretty well. The suspension allows me to ride on the shoulder pretty easily. I would highly recommend this bike

Ordered the combo after much research and positive reviews.Delivered in 5 days and packaged securely.Assembly was easy and quality of construction was excellent.Charged in 5 hours and on the road the next day.Easy to ride without pedal assist but enabling assist takes it to a new level.Amazing torque and speed as well as an extremely smooth ride.It handles steep hills with ease and I can't wait to hit the trails.My wife and I are very happy with this purchase.
Have only had it for a week so far and I love it. It’s amazing for the turkey hunting I do and haven’t had a problems with it not making it through the muddy and bumpy roads. I totally recommend the bike and the pricing is great for the quality.
I have a burchda y3 e- bike I love the strength of the bike and the look of the bike and I also love the overall build of the bike. With that being said, the only thing I dislike and having problems with is the screen. I can't read it. I don't know how to adjust it. Need more instructions on how to adjust power of the bike in the manual. There's nothing about the y3 or any of the other bikes that is compatible to it. It is not the same so that's my only problem. I can't read the screen when I'm trying to add or subtract power from the bike. Overall. Love it
My bike has been amazing! I got it to save on gas and I'm so glad I did, it's a quick way to get to work and it's super comfortable. The speed is one thing, but the size of the frame and the soft seat are huge for me. It's so comfortable to ride at any speed.
Love my new HC26. Just got back from some steep somewhat technical trails, lots of power going uphill. Looking forward to next time out!!!
This bike was everything described and then some. Arrived on time and was super easy to assemble. Well built and love the size and look. I travel at a great speed with no problem in traffic.
This bike is the bomb. It has so many cool features and the comfort level is a 5 star. Customer service has also been a 5 star. This bike is everything Burchda said it was and more. I cant wait to start buying more accessories and put this bike to the test. If I could give this bike more then 5 stars I would 100%. Can't wait for warmer weather and get my miles on. If you are looking for a reliable and dependable bike. Burchda is the way to go.

I received my Burchda HC26 last Friday and have already put over 60 miles on it this weekend and I couldn’t be happier so far. The bike is incredibly fun to ride, with plenty of power on tap. It has handled every hill and grade I’ve thrown at it with ease, which really speaks to the strength of the dual motor setup.
The motors are impressively smooth and quiet, making for a very enjoyable riding experience. Overall, the bike feels solid and well-built, giving confidence on a variety of terrain.
At this point, I’m completely satisfied with my purchase and looking forward to putting many more miles on it.
It took me a little over an hour to assemble the bike. Not sure what all the beef is with other people having issues assembling the rear rack. Mine was easy. I only put on 3 miles so far but overall bike is badass. Goes anywhere on awd. Hoping the weather is good this weekend so I can put on some miles. My only issue is the seat could be a little more comfortable. The seat that comes with it is okay but could be upgraded. Love the digital display. Can't wait to start buying accessories. It did come with mirrors but I have not clue how you mount them onto the bike. Very happy so far with the bike. Hopefully it will treat me right and last for a while. Customer service has been very helpful so far.
I am so happy I made this purchase! The R5 Pro not only looks like a powerhouse it is a powerhouse. Not a single regret! Will do again hopefully with the Burchda AWD HC26 later this year. Great Job Team Burchda!
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bike! And now I can say by its performance as well. Already took it to San Diego and had a ball. Oh, I'll be 69 in May. Safe and easy to ride.
My 1st ebike. It's outstanding! Tons of fun. The directions were a little complicated because they were for a different bike (not specifically the one I purchased). But so far I love my purchase

I have the R5 Pro. If you are looking for a bike with alot of torque this is it. It's very fast. It will climb any hill.
Finally took the bike for a “real” ride, about 10+ miles, to test it out….03/21/26. Mostly paved trail, loved the petal assist. Feels like a well built bike!!! Came home with a smile on my face!
