I need the handle bars higher how can I do this?

Bike is great!

Very satisfied with my bike. Easy assembly and works great. Only issue I have is headlight doesn’t work. Curios if there is a trick but manual is extremely brief with info. Hope you can resolve headlight issue and my only improvement suggestion would be more info in assembly and manual. Thanks
