Just bought the y3 like 2 weeks ago. Within 2 days of it arriving I had already put 60 miles on it. This thing takes it like a champ. I have rode it through mud, rain, forest, paved roads, and even through sand. The all wheel drive mode makes this thing bullet proof.
Just received my Y3 today and I am mind blown on the speed and sturdiness of the bike. This is my 2nd ebike. First bike was a cheaply made bike from Temu and this Y3. Judge difference. Love the new bike.
I just got my Y3 and rode 50 miles last night — it performed great! Assembly was straightforward — everything was packaged well and came about 90% put together, so it only took me about an hour to finish. The dual motors have serious torque; I climbed steep hills with zero hesitation, even loaded down with gear. Battery range exceeded my expectations too, easily getting 40-60 miles depending on pedal assist level.
The build quality feels solid — front and rear suspension smoothed out rough terrain, the brakes stopped confidently even at speed, and the headlight/taillight setup is bright and reassuring for visibility. It's a big, heavy machine, so smaller riders might find it a bit much, but for anyone wanting power and stability, it delivers.
A few minor gripes: the owner's manual could be more thorough (I ended up watching YouTube tutorials for some of the display settings), and shipping took longer than expected. I also had a small issue with a damaged part on arrival, but customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement at no charge.
Overall, this bike outperforms other e-bikes I've owned at this price point. Highly recommend for anyone tackling hills, trails, or a daily commute.
Bike was shipped very well packaged no damage to anything. Find a video on assembling bike it will go easier than just following paper instructions. So far so good. Easy to ride quick comfortable smooth braking. Rode it at night first day that headlight is the real deal! Drove through nearby woods was very impressed and haven't even tried second motor yet(raining for days). I am 6'3" and bike fits me well.👍👍
First off it was a lot larger and sturdier than i thought based off the pictures. It was easy to assemble. However my headlight does not work. I turn it on and the screen goes dim for the display but no lights come on. Aside from that i charged it once. I have gone on two 7 mile trips and the battery is still full. I try to only use power assist and find the first lowest power asist setting to be well more than i need. Although i do turn it to 2 on steep uphill climbs. Its an amazing well put together bike. My only concern is the lights not working. Another note was that after assembling the bike is larger than my harley davidson motorcycle. However the peddle assist makrs riding effortless
Well I have a little bit to say about the Birchda the bike. I bought the bike and started putting it together. Had some problems with the front pork. It wasn't welded properly so I had to get another fork and that took a couple weeks. I will say customer service is Rock solid. They were all over it when I explained to him what was going on so I got everything worked out. I will suggest using Google or AI for any kind of problems that you're going to come up with on the controllers, making set point adjustments and so forth. I had to change a few things in there and AI took me right to it. Got everything working and so far I like it
This bike is big and heavy. BUT it's powerful, durable and fun to ride. Enjoying it so far.
Great bike powerful motor for all the hills around here plus all the accessories, lock, pump, mirrors, phone holder are all very nice. Easy to put a few pieces on it before riding love it

Purchased 2 bikes and they arrived in about 5 days to Florida in well protected box. The instructions to finish the assembly have several models and you have to choose the model you have to assemble. Handlebar , front wheel, and various extra accessories. The pictures a little tough to understand, but were accurate. After the assembly was complete, you can tweak the bike to your likeness . The construction of the bike is well done, good welds, strong frame, and sturdy contact points. Go online and read more on the bike's options for the LCD control, the instructions that are in the box are minimal. They ride well and have good pickup speed. The battery life is good, we went on a 30 mile off/on road ride and still had 1/2 battery life. We had a question on the wattage of the motors and the response was within 24 hours. I recommend these bikes for active riders.

This bike was a huge upgrade from my older ebike which didnt have any of the qualities this one has, The speed and smoothness of the ride is really great for my commute, the battery life is superb aswell!
Easy setup and I’ve been riding it everyday atleast 16 miles very happy with it
The Y3 is my second Burchda ebike. The other is a RX80, daily commuter with 3,800 miles. I wanted something with more power and the Y3 delivers that. Dual motor and 52v gets the job done. Claims 40mph. Haven’t seen that yet and the motors seem to float around 36mph. The 180mm rotors give good stopping power. Suspension is solid.
I've had this bike for a couple weeks now. Setup was pretty easy, just be patient and follow each step. Performance wise I couldn't be happier. The power it provides is more than my expectations. The ability to change power between the motors is really cool and I like the display. I highly recommend this bike.
I live in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies with steep grades in my neighborhood. The Burchda has the power to maintain speed on inclines. It does come governed at 27mph, but you can unlock that. I now get the 40 mph I wad looking for. I look forward to the 13 mile mountain drive to work on this beast. Love the bright headlight and brake/taillight. A nice feature. 👌
I really love my bike. I ride it a lot with my husband. We both go riding on the trails together.
So far so good! Purchased this new y3 e-bike and have been very impressed with the performance of it. Plenty of power and torque and so far good battery life. Got 49 mi before I had to recharge the battery. That's pretty impressive and I weigh 220 lbs. The bike arrived all the way from California to Florida within a few days after ordering. I would highly recommend this bike!

I am very impressed with both this company and the e-bike. This was an excellent deal, and I was pleasantly surprised that it came with free accessories.
The bike itself feels very well-made. It has a great shock system in both the front and rear, which makes the ride feel smooth and comfortable. It also has shock lockout, which is a really cool feature. The handlebars are nice and give the bike a comfortable, sturdy feel. The wheels have a thick tread that helps create a steady, smooth ride on the road. The headlight is also very bright and gives the bike a strong, quality look.
I was also really impressed with how well the bike was packaged and organized for assembly. Someone with no mechanical skills whatsoever could put this bike together. The screws and parts were placed right where they needed to be, which made the process very straightforward. Whoever packed and packaged this bike did an excellent job.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and feel like I got a great value. I would definitely recommend this bike and company to others.
This is my 3rd electric bike and by far the best quality bike I’ve owned, it’s everything they advertise. Great job burchda
mine only goes 26.9 miles per hour.I have only rode 28 miles,in front wheel,rear wheel,and both wheel drive.used 2bars out of 5 bars onbattery .I weigh 138Lb.Mostly flat surface,went up hills very well.I would recommend it.oh I am 64 years young.
