⚠️ CRITICAL PURCHASE NOTES (PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING):
1. THIS IS THE INTERNAL CORE ONLY: As pictured, this item includes the internal stator, copper windings, rotor, and planetary gears. It DOES NOT include the outer hub shell, spokes, rim, or tire. If you need a complete ready-to-mount wheel assembly, please search for "Front Wheel" or "Rear Wheel" in our store.
2. MANDATORY MOTOR CODE VERIFICATION: Controller and display protocols change frequently. To guarantee you receive a 100% compatible motor core, our engineering team MUST verify your original e-bike's "Motor Code" before we ship. Once you place an order, our customer service team will email you instructions on how to find and send us this code.
3. EXTENDED LEAD TIME: Because these are highly specific electrical components custom-matched to your motor code, please expect a Processing Time of approximately 2 weeks and a Delivery Time of approximately 2 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we ensure perfect fitment.
How to Order Correctly:
Select Your Bike Model: Choose your exact e-bike frame from the dropdown menu (e.g., Y3, C35, HC26, RX80). If you do not see your model, select "Other Burchda models".
Select Motor Position: Choose "Front motor" or "Rear motor". (Note: AWD/Dual-Motor bikes use different cores for the front and rear. Please select carefully).
Shipping on batteries & accessories
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more to the lower 48 states and Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $10.
Ships from our US warehouse
These items leave our US warehouse within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3–5 business days, typically via FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Ships from our overseas parts warehouse
All other batteries and accessories ship directly from our overseas parts warehouse. The carrier varies by destination, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Accessories included with your e-bike
Fenders, rear rack, phone mount, pannier bag, air pump, rearview mirrors, lock and the front Storage Cargo Basket (U8) are packed and shipped together with your bike when they come as part of a bundle. You don't need to order them separately.
Where we ship
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and APO & FPO adresses. Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout.
Canada
The Pannier Bag and Rear Storage Cargo Basket ship from our US warehouse. All other batteries and accessories ship from the overseas parts warehouse on the timelines above.
Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery, and email support@burchdabikes.com for approval before sending anything back. Defective, damaged or missing items are replaced free, and a wrong item can be exchanged free or fully refunded. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a fee of $20 to $70 per item depending on size (batteries $50). See our Return Policy for details.
