Because Burchda offers both Single-Motor (Rear Drive) and AWD (Dual-Motor) variations of our most popular e-bikes, the brake caliper assemblies and required pad shapes may differ to handle the extra weight and torque of the AWD systems.

For models like the R5 PRO, RX30, and RX80, please verify if your bike is a Single Drive (one motor in the rear) or an AWD (two motors: front and rear).

(Pro Tip: For optimal performance, always clean your disc brake rotors with isopropyl alcohol before installing brand new brake pads to prevent contamination.)

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more to the lower 48 states and Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $10.
Ships from our US warehouse
These items leave our US warehouse within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3–5 business days, typically via FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Ships from our overseas parts warehouse
All other batteries and accessories ship directly from our overseas parts warehouse. The carrier varies by destination, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Accessories included with your e-bike
Fenders, rear rack, phone mount, pannier bag, air pump, rearview mirrors, lock and the front Storage Cargo Basket (U8) are packed and shipped together with your bike when they come as part of a bundle. You don't need to order them separately.
Where we ship
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and APO & FPO adresses. Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout.
Canada
The Pannier Bag and Rear Storage Cargo Basket ship from our US warehouse. All other batteries and accessories ship from the overseas parts warehouse on the timelines above.
Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery, and email support@burchdabikes.com for approval before sending anything back. Defective, damaged or missing items are replaced free, and a wrong item can be exchanged free or fully refunded. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a fee of $20 to $70 per item depending on size (batteries $50). See our Return Policy for details.
