Brake Set (Full System): Includes BOTH front and rear brake levers, calipers, brake discs (rotors), and necessary fixing screws.
Front Brake Only: Includes the front brake lever, front caliper, front brake disc, and screws.
Rear Brake Only: Includes the rear brake lever, rear caliper, rear brake disc, and screws.

Hydraulic brake hoses are pre-cut to specific lengths depending on your bike's frame size and handlebar geometry.
Select Your Bike: You MUST choose your exact e-bike model (e.g., Y3, HC26, RX80, etc.) from the dropdown menu.
Fitment Guarantee: Because hose lengths and caliper mounts vary by model, the product images are for general reference. The actual brake system you receive will be the perfect OEM match tailored specifically for the bike model you select.

Free shipping on orders of $99 or more to the lower 48 states and Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $10.
Ships from our US warehouse
These items leave our US warehouse within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3–5 business days, typically via FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Ships from our overseas parts warehouse
All other batteries and accessories ship directly from our overseas parts warehouse. The carrier varies by destination, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Accessories included with your e-bike
Fenders, rear rack, phone mount, pannier bag, air pump, rearview mirrors, lock and the front Storage Cargo Basket (U8) are packed and shipped together with your bike when they come as part of a bundle. You don't need to order them separately.
Where we ship
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and APO & FPO adresses. Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout.
Canada
The Pannier Bag and Rear Storage Cargo Basket ship from our US warehouse. All other batteries and accessories ship from the overseas parts warehouse on the timelines above.
Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery, and email support@burchdabikes.com for approval before sending anything back. Defective, damaged or missing items are replaced free, and a wrong item can be exchanged free or fully refunded. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a fee of $20 to $70 per item depending on size (batteries $50). See our Return Policy for details.

Had to replace my rear brake lever. The new one arrived on time and probably took me 20 minutes to replace. The new one works I think better than the last one. It's been over a month and is still working great.
I purchased the RX80 over a year ago and it has been nothing but an amazing ride! I’ve had zero problems while owning the bike. The range is amazing and the speed is great. It’s great for off-roading as well. I love this bike and am thinking about purchasing another bike from this company. Along with all that they also have everything you need in their accessories tab if you ever were to have problems with the bike. Customer service is also amazing, always willing to help me out whenever I need it!
I ordered a complete new rear brake system for my R5. What a difference! Much more stopping power. Trail rides are much more controllable now. 5 stars!!!!
I received my replacement parts yesterday, which was within the time described when I ordered the parts. Burchda was very careful, making sure I had the bike for parts ordered, since i hadn't gotten my RX80 directly from them.
The only issue I have is that the discs weren't included in the box, wondering about that. Here is a picture of the contents of the box.
Can't wait to get the rear brake replaced so I can ride my bike again. Want to see if i can get past my high speed of 30mph.
