Unlike bare rims, this is a ready-to-mount complete rear wheel system pre-equipped with factory components:
High-Torque Hub Motor: Powerful integrated electric motor matched to your bike's original voltage and controller specs.
Sturdy Rim & Spokes: Heavy-duty aluminum rim laced with thick, reinforced spokes built to handle high-speed fat-tire riding.
Brake Disc: Pre-mounted disc brake rotor for immediate, reliable stopping power.
Speed Cassette/Freewheel: Pre-installed gear cluster ensuring seamless drivetrain shifting right out of the box.
🛑 MANDATORY FITMENT & MOTOR CODE VERIFICATION: Because rear wheel assemblies involve core electrical protocols (controller and display matching), we require a manual verification process before shipping to ensure 100% compatibility.
How Our Verification Works:
Select Your Model: Choose your exact e-bike model from the dropdown menu above (e.g., HC26, RX30, RX80, R5 Pro, etc.) and complete your order.
Motor Code Check: Within 24-48 hours, our technical support team will email you to request your e-bike's Motor Code or a quick photo of your current rear setup to match your controller protocol.
Custom Processing & Delivery: Because these are specialized electrical assemblies, please note a processing time of approximately 2 weeks, followed by a delivery time of approximately 2 weeks.
Ship with Confidence: Once our engineers verify the exact match, your custom-matched rear wheel will be securely shipped to your door.

Shipping on batteries & accessories
Free shipping on orders of $99 or more to the lower 48 states and Canada. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $10.
Ships from our US warehouse
These items leave our US warehouse within 1 business day and usually arrive in 3–5 business days, typically via FedEx. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Ships from our overseas parts warehouse
All other batteries and accessories ship directly from our overseas parts warehouse. The carrier varies by destination, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Accessories included with your e-bike
Fenders, rear rack, phone mount, pannier bag, air pump, rearview mirrors, lock and the front Storage Cargo Basket (U8) are packed and shipped together with your bike when they come as part of a bundle. You don't need to order them separately.
Where we ship
We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and APO & FPO adresses. Optional Shipping Protection can be added at checkout.
Canada
The Pannier Bag and Rear Storage Cargo Basket ship from our US warehouse. All other batteries and accessories ship from the overseas parts warehouse on the timelines above.
Returns: Request a return within 30 days of delivery, and email support@burchdabikes.com for approval before sending anything back. Defective, damaged or missing items are replaced free, and a wrong item can be exchanged free or fully refunded. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned for a fee of $20 to $70 per item depending on size (batteries $50). See our Return Policy for details.
