After researching many different bikes and places to purchase I settled with Burchda. Well constructed, best warranty, shipping included, and accessories. It was delivered by FedEx in a very timely manner. Just waiting for charge to test ride but looks fantastic.
Love this bad boy. I’m a bit too short for the bike but that’s not a problem. Still have fun with it. This is a bike you have to own. Worth the price you pay for it.
Great communication throughout purchase. Product and shipping A+A+. Battery is abit pricey. Manufacture should work on that.
I just, received my Burchda HC26 a couple of days ago and I was impressed with the packaging of the bike. Assembly was a snap and the ride was super fantastic. That first ride was amazing

Everything is great with the bike. As others have mentioned, the screw holes for the rack did not line up. My neighbor brought over a clamp that we stretched between the two ends of the rack, cinched it up and was able to get the eighth inch we were lacking. Heavier than I thought it would be but it’s fine.
My first bike and very satisfied! This thing is a beast,only been 10 miles so far but really satisfied.
Overall a nice product. My criticisms are. 1- worst assembly instructions I’ve ever used. You cannot assemble without watching U-tube videos and they only capture 90% of what needs to be done.
2- turning ratio is hard and will take some time to get use to
3- the rear rack cannot be assembled without bending the posts as the holes to screw in the back rack are 1 inch out of tolerance

The bike is amazing, very sturdy and he set up was easy. It is also nice and powerful to get up the steep hills and rough terrain when riding the trails of Northern California..
Bike has been a lot of fun since I owned it. Rides very smooth even over gravel. It is very powerful. The motor is plenty powerful to go up steep hills. I went for a 25 mile ride and still had over half battery when I got home. Very happy with it. Powerful headlight

Nice rack, very strong and sturdy. A bit of a challenge to tighten the screws.
This bike is so smooth and easy to use. I love all the accessories. The shocks are amazing and it feels so fast. Never feels underpowered. Would highly recommend. Some of my friends are ordering the same bike.
I researched E-bikes for nearly 2 years. My primary use is for hunting. I specifically wanted an AWD for climbing hills and for changing terrains. My biggest stall for purchasing sooner was the price range I was seeing for AWD bikes. When I came across the Burchda brand and read and researched, purchasing was an easy decision as the price point fell well below other competitors. A bonus was the Burchda HC26 included fenders and a rear rack. Most other brands these items have to be purchased separately.
The Burchda arrived within a very reasonable amount of time. Assembly was made easy by simply watching the assembly video online. Use and navigation of the controller is simple. I've had the bike 3 days and have only rode about 10 miles, but this bike is phenomenal! So far I'm extremely pleased with everything. I'll be putting to the test soon when I travel to Indiana for a week long hunt in the hills.
The R5 Pro is a beast. It is very well built, easy to assemble and fun to ride. I don't know why I waited so long to get one.
I purchased the combo deal a few weeks ago. Customer support was very good throughout the process. I live close to the warehouse so I picked up my bikes quickly. They were easy to assemble and my wife and I both love the quality and ride.
I’ve never ridden an E-bike before but this bike took me to next level. It rides wonderfully fast and I get compliments by a lot of people. They deliver fast as it should and it was easy to assemble.

Head turner! Some says it's a beast! I like the full suspension. Cheapest full suspension fat tire on the market (at least to research).
These are our first e-bikes and we love the idea of biking together. We ordered these because they seemed big enough to be comfortable and the big tires should provide a soft ride. They are heavy bikes so be aware of that and even folded they take up a lot of room in a car (2 is difficult to fit in a midsize suv). They are smooth and powerful with plenty of get up to go anywhere.

This bike is very easy to assemble and is very powerful! I recommend this bike over any of the more expensive bikes. The bike has a nice seat and is very comfortable.
