So far I am completely satisfied with the HC26. The one thing that I wish is that there was a mounting spot for a water bottle. I have not had a chance to do a proper test on the battery life, but it does seem to hold up rather well.
With not knowing anything about electric bikes I went into this purchase blind other than reviews and others experiences. I couldn’t be more happy with this bike for the price and quality
Only have had my R5 Pro for 10 days or so and absolutely loving it …. I am quite large (320lbs) and wanted something to help with my weight loss journey…. This bike is heavy duty and rides amazing. Been enjoying exploring trails and new places in my area… handles a very thing I have thrown at it.

Very awesome bikes perfect for trail riding and hunting
Super fast delivery, had a small issue, but was quickly diagnosed by their tech department. A new part was quickly sent to me and solved the problem. I love riding the bike. It is so much fun. In my great town, we have 38 miles of paved trails. I can go to the grocery store the gym all on our trail system. I highly recommend.
This bike the R5 Pro camo goes beyond my expectations. This is a monster for sure. I'm a big guy and this things in one wheel drive moves me with ease. The feel of the power is great. Also I have taken it out on the trails and everyone loves the style and color. I get many compliment of the bike. This things has given me my freedom back again because of my weight and now I can go riding again that I once enjoyed as a teen.

Wow! Bike arrived quickly, assembled quickly, and rode even better. Pulls like a freight train. I put it in sports mode and let the guy who watched me put it together while he did his best to hand me proper tools, etc. take a ride and he was shocked by how fast it was. Anyway, what a serious full-sized e-bike literally should be! I think I’m going to get a sport or dirt bike next. Wouldn’t it be awesome to have a 10gHz dirt bike?! Much fun, well worth the price.
I've had this bike for a while. Since this is my first ebike I'm so happy I went with this bike it's perfect in every single way possible. I went with the burchda hc26 awd. There isn't one thing I don't like about this bike for me it was the best choice I've made in a long time. I plan on getting another battery and charger to leave at work. It was very simple to assemble. I know where I will be getting my ebikes from now on

It fits me perfectly and honestly has made me feel like a superhero in my neighborhood. I stopped at a pizza place and parked the bike outside chained up. When I picked up my pizza, the worker asked if the bike was mine. When I said yes, he gave me an extra pizza for free!
When I walked outside, people were taking pictures of the bike and talking about how cool it looked. I ended up bringing the pizzas to work to share with my coworkers for lunch. It turned into a super Friday for my super 40th birthday.

Love the smooth ride and ability to take longer rides
Received the Y-3 and assembled it. Had some tech support that helped me with some issues I had. The bike is a beast! So much power compared to my other 3 e-bikes (from another company). Very much impressed with the bike. Only downside is that the owners manual is not very complete but tech support ( via email) was very responsive. The mirrors that came with the bike aren’t the best.

Excellent ebike with power and speed. Ordered mine of May 1st 2026 and arrived one week after processing order. Had it assembled within an hour (very easy). Charged battery to full charge (about 4 hours) then went riding.
After first ride, I upgraded the seat (which I had already purchased) to accommodate my boney backside.
The original seat is fine but as a 61 year old man, extreme comfort is a must especially due to riding a lot here in the mountains of Virginia.
Factory settings for speed can be adjusted easily (I'll place a photo in review) for those who don't know.
