Starting with the box, excellent packaging. No damage at all despite shipping across the country. Assembly was easy and took less than a half hour. Color pictures in the manual and I watched the YouTube video. I am a big guy and I am absolutely impressed with the torque and stability on gravel and in soft ground. The suspension is a welcomed improvement over my Rambo. Overall I cannot be more impressed with the support and the ease of ordering, assembly, and performance.
Came to the house fast.

The wife and I, both of us seniors, have only had the R5 Pro Combo for a week but we love them. They're an activity we can do together that's fun and good exercise. We're looking forward to riding them on the beach with the fat tires in an upcoming trip to Florida.
Real easy to install. We made it over many real steep hills with no problem. Very tough bike
I got the y3 5 days ago and have 230 miles and it’s been great. It’s heavy and big I’m 5’9” and I don’t think someone shorter would be comfortable on it. I’m tipped toed with seat all way down. I’ve wreck 2 times and nothing damaged but my bruised ribs. It climbs a pretty steep boat with 100lbs gear and trailer with wet tires using dual wheels. The pas 1 on my unit is 20mph at 45kmh top speed setting and it gets right around 40 miles with 185lbs total on bike. I turned the top speed down to 30kmh and pas 1 is now at 15mph. Mileage is a lot better but I have not checked until 1 bar remaining.
Enjoy my bike. I'm 64yrs old. very stabile and fast. Had to adjust brake switches, Where coming on while ride. But no biggie. Goes up hill no problem.
First ride was awesome took me a hour and a half to assemble it wasn’t too difficult had a little bit of a problem with mounting the front wheel until I spotted the carter pin holding the calipers closed but after that it went well charged the battery and went for a short ride it was and is raining supposed to start snowing here soon so I’m just waiting for my second chance to ride
This is by far the most powerful and rugged terrain bike that I have ridden this far. Very glad I purchased it had one small issue contact your customer service and they were outstanding in their response.
Had some other cheaper ebikes in the past, this C 35 is a beast very well built has a lot of power when you put in dual drive, very well priced verses some some the competitors that have bikes with these specs.
Hopefully it will last a long time just received a week ago and I'm very pleased
Back to bike riding for me !! This bike is awesome. It will go almost anywhere that a motorcycle will go. Will also go a lot of places a motorcycle is not allowed to go. I get the exercise I want from pedaling, and use the motor only when I need a break. It will climb any hill that I've tried with ease. Get yourselves back outdoors, enjoy the fresh air, and go adventure those places that you've always been curious about.
I was excited to receive my HC26 bike, as I assembled the bike I felt it was well engineered and the product was made well. It has the power that I was looking for and just a great ride. I would highly recommend this e-bike .
I found the HC26 to be a good value for the price. Plenty of torque and speed without dangerously overloading the brakes. The suspension is comfortable enough when it’s dialed in. Bought as an overbuilt commuter and recreational bike at a reasonable price. So far so good. Nice value priced bike!
This bike is a monster, it goes just about anywhere and its fast
First bike I’ve ridden in years. I’m 70 years old and ride this everyday. Easy to finish assembly. Easy to operate electronics. I recommend a Burchda bike to anyone
I’ve only had the bike a few days and have put about 40 miles on it so far. Loving the AWD and the added torque. I have mine set up for surf fishing and it hauls all my gear with no problem.
I’m so glad I waited and did some research before purchasing my first bike. I love it. There’s so many features and benefits that I like. It’s great being able to hook up a trailer for really packing enough stuff for a long trip. 80 miles on a single charge.
Handles really well, bought for my grandson ,he still learning all the features. The only thing is I thought the assembly instructions could be updated

Bike is very fast. With my weight I still get 38 mph. Looks like the suspension is very well made. Lubed it to eliminate any squeaks. It feels solid . It should hold up for years.
Just received my HC26 and love it. Very easy to assemble, the ride was great and the handling was very responsive. I'm 6'3, 255 and the bike fit was excellent. Great bike.
