Assembly was pretty easy. So far no problems or issues with the bike. Was able to go through and take out factory settings so I can set my own. Smooth ride on pavement and accelerates well.

Charging is straightforward (6-8 hours with the included fast charger), and the BMS feels reliable. The battery is hefty, but removable, so it’s easy to take inside.

This is my second ebike after riding several years on my old one the new Burchda R5 Pro is a perfect upgrade. The build and quality components make this bike a force to be reckoned with. with strong quiet and efficient motors and infinite adjustments for riding this bike makes comfortable riding a pleasure.

I received my bike a week ago and I can't stop riding it. It was fairly easy to put together and the guality seems to be good. I had a problem and it was taken care of by customer service. I would buy this again.
I’ve only had it out twice. Seems to be a great bike. The instructions leave a little bit to be desired. But I figured it out.
Customer service is top notch, I was missing 2 screws for clamping display to handle bars and I was contacted with in minutes of submitting a email. And had a follow up email the following day.
Purchased after a friendly recommendation and found this bike to be a good choice compared to other similarly priced options. Easy A.

Hi, i've only had the bike a few days, and I can tell you that it is amazing.So far, i've tried road dirt trails a little bit of mud, and some pretty steep inclines, and was impressed the whole way I can tell you that on battery power alone I did get up to about thirty eight point five miles per hour, so they aren't kidding about doing forty miles an hour.I'm at two hundred pound guy.I've only got about fifteen miles on it.But I still have a full battery, and looking forward to putting many more miles on
Awesome looking ebike and more awesomely fast. The "Road Warrior" of an ebike is just that, looks good and is intimidating takes, over the roads, a head turner.
Bought the Y3 for my 7 mile hilly commute.
Did a test run on level 5 and pedaled on the large hills. The 14 mile round trip took roughly 40 minutes and used 3 of the 5 bars that the LCD display has.
Decided to try one more run on the remaining charge and had to go to level 4, rear motor only, and had to pedal a lot.
When I got to work I ordered another charger to keep at work because pedaling 7 miles home with no power was difficult on a 107 pound bike.
Overall I'm quite pleased and am learning how to use an e-bike efficiently.
I received the bike and there was an issue with front light turning on and horn everything else worked great. I communicated with Jimmy Han on this, he immediately sent a replacement. After install that light did not work. I did some troubleshooting with Jimmy and we determined it was the wiring harness. This happens but Jimmy got it to me quickly. The install worked and everything is operational. Jimmy really gets the 5 stars he didn’t brush me off or turn me away. I sent the videos he requested and he listened and responded appropriately. 5 stars for great customer service!!! Thank you Jimmy! These things happen it sucks but you stuck in there and made sure I received the product I paid for.
This is my 5th ebike so I have experience with a variety of different bikes. So far this is one of the top bikes in its category. I'm 6'2 300 pounds. I've taken the Y3 on and off road with a mix of terrain. This bike has plenty of torque to take me up hills that I've had to peddle with other 52v ebikes. I get a top speed of 38mph consistently. I achieved a 30 mile range using full power level 5 the whole time. The ride is smooth and the acceleration is quick. The motors are controlled so you don't peel out like I got with other dual motor bikes. I haven't bottomed out the suspension like I have with other bikes as well. Over all this bike is at the top of it's class for the price range. You get a great value with this bike. After four other ebikes this is my favorite. Thank you!

Just bought the y3 like 2 weeks ago. Within 2 days of it arriving I had already put 60 miles on it. This thing takes it like a champ. I have rode it through mud, rain, forest, paved roads, and even through sand. The all wheel drive mode makes this thing bullet proof.
Just received my Y3 today and I am mind blown on the speed and sturdiness of the bike. This is my 2nd ebike. First bike was a cheaply made bike from Temu and this Y3. Judge difference. Love the new bike.
I just got my Y3 and rode 50 miles last night — it performed great! Assembly was straightforward — everything was packaged well and came about 90% put together, so it only took me about an hour to finish. The dual motors have serious torque; I climbed steep hills with zero hesitation, even loaded down with gear. Battery range exceeded my expectations too, easily getting 40-60 miles depending on pedal assist level.
The build quality feels solid — front and rear suspension smoothed out rough terrain, the brakes stopped confidently even at speed, and the headlight/taillight setup is bright and reassuring for visibility. It's a big, heavy machine, so smaller riders might find it a bit much, but for anyone wanting power and stability, it delivers.
A few minor gripes: the owner's manual could be more thorough (I ended up watching YouTube tutorials for some of the display settings), and shipping took longer than expected. I also had a small issue with a damaged part on arrival, but customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement at no charge.
Overall, this bike outperforms other e-bikes I've owned at this price point. Highly recommend for anyone tackling hills, trails, or a daily commute.
