Had an over heating issue on my battery terminals. I ordered a new battery through the Burchda website. I received a very prompt reply from customer service, needing the serial/model number of the battery. Order was placed and I received a new battery in 2 days! Customer service is excellent. I really love the R5 bike.

I researched bikes longer than 6 months and decided on the R5 Pro. I am so glad I did. This bike is amazing. This is a heavy bike that provides a smooth ride with an abundance of power. This is my first Ebike and shifting gears and using the controller for peddle assist was very simple. I plan on using this for pleasure, getting me out on the ice during ice fishing seasons, and deer and turkey hunting.
We LOVE our R5 pro’s and have begun taking them on full day excursions. The only downside is that eventually ur going to run out of battery. We purchased 2 and it has completely changed how far we go and what we do on our excursions. Now, we never think about when we have to return, we just keep riding. They’re not cheap, but I think having an extra battery is totally worth it.
